When they first reached out to Relesys, Eurofins faced a challenge: with 450 employees, often working on the go, very few we able to regularly access the company's intranet from a laptop.
challenge
Eurofins’ previous communication platform was limited to desktop intranet use. With most employees working off-site, very few accessed important updates and information, leading to low engagement and reduced visibility into internal success stories and initiatives.
approach
I created three design proposals that balanced the client’s brand identity with a user-first mindset. Drawing from stakeholder input, I highlighted key features like company news and the “superheroes” initiative. A live design workshop helped align on the final direction, which I then implemented responsively for both mobile and desktop.
team role
As the UI designer, I joined in the final phases of the project. I translated business needs and stakeholder input into three fully branded design concepts. I later implemented the final design using CSS to match the Figma prototype.

First 3 design options on which we based the design workshop (first design iteration).
solution
The final solution was a clean, intuitive front-page and landing page featuring quick access to company updates and a dedicated space for employees to share and explore peer success stories. Engagement skyrocketed, with over 81% of employees actively using the app and spending more than 3 minutes per session. The client praised the way the design was intuitive while reflecting both their brand and their people.
